Setting up a visit with the dental practitioner who Grinded the backs of my teeth out, added fillings, & grinded down my lower row of teeth to make them almost fit, all since he’s stated I grinded my teeth is the reason why he grinded my face down and included fillings without asking me if I concurred and then charged the WA state tax payers around $500 for an unneeded procedure that harmed my teeth at the tune of 10-15 k to repair by a genuine dental professionals. And if I do not pay to repair it because the state will not Dr Parks workplace will cash in and get paid to pull my teeth.
