Medical Billing Professional

Searching for a favorable and friendly Medical Billing Expert to work in a small clinic with a cohesive team of therapists and managers.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Verify patient insurance protection.

· Prepare and submit clean claims to various insurance companies either digitally or by paper.

· Answer questions from clients, clerical personnel, and insurance companies.

· Evaluation and deal with overdue and rejected claims.

· Deal with collections on unsettled accounts.

· Preserves the strictest confidentiality; sticks to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.

· Submit pre-authorization demands to insurance provider and keeps track of their due date
