Responsibilities and Responsibilities
- All office administrative tasks – Phones, Filing, email, and so on
- Manage purchasing materials as required across all locations
- Minor office problem shooting of makers and point of contact to Structure for Upkeep
- Work with our online software and billing company relating to billing questions
- Knowledge of the process for confirmation of Insurances and Authorizations for client check outs to serve as a back up for Admins
- Communicate with Insurances and Billing Company regarding Patient Concerns and Jobs
- Answer and Help with concerns from Clients concerning Declarations and Billing Products
- Accurately get in charges and payments from Insurances and Patients
- Multi-tasking of job tasks and obligations with the capability to finish in a predicted time frame
- Follows up and reviews daily reports and proactively interacts with personnel relating to clients plan of care and the requirement for a prescription, permission, referral, or precertification to make sure there are no delays with patient care
Qualifications and Abilities
- Experience with EMR and Scheduling Software Application.
- Previous experience in a medical setting (hospital or therapy clinic particularly pediatrics) with an understanding of medical billing practices and medical terms
- Great consumer service/ relations experience abilities
- Exceptional interaction abilities
- Shallow understanding of the factors for client care consisting of physiology, anatomy, and neurology is handy, but not needed
- Precisely and Effectively uses innovation in the office, and any software needed.
- Prepared to work under instructions and take directions and corrections; ability to factor, to remember names; details of directions; must be alert, versatile, and versatile
- Experience using G-Suite item (i.e. Google Docs, Gmail, Calendar)
- High school graduate or equivalent
