POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Medical Billing & Collections Bank Management Processor, you are responsible for the tracking of all bank deposits to the bank and entry of all deposits into our internal software application system.
As a Medical Billing & Collections Clerical Assistance, you are accountable for submission of all hard-copy main and secondary claims, along with getting in and sending claims produced by Billing Center’s to specific payers.
As a Medical Billing & Collections Posting Clerk, you are accountable for publishing all payments into IMBS, Rotech’s exclusive medical billing system.
As a Medical Billing & Collections Generalist, you are responsible for the completion of tasks as assigned by the Billing Center Manager or Supervisor, to include however not restricted to, working payer particular A/R, rejections, appeals and changes.
As a Medical Billing & Collections Project Professional, you are responsible for the completion of special projects as designated by the Billing Center Manager or supervisor, working directly with them to guarantee all tasks are dealt with efficiently and efficiently.
Job Requirements:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- HS Diploma/ GED needed
- Strong communication skills needed
- 1 year or more of customer support or billing experience preferred, however not needed
- Medical market experience a plus, but not required
- Should be willing to participate in background screening procedure
